Case study 01 · Website redesign
IV Therapy & Wellness.
A full redesign of ivtherapysa.com for a nurse-led clinic in San Antonio, rebuilt around Firefly Light Therapy as the lead service, with IV drips, vitamin shots and recovery treatments as add-ons.
The brief
What it needed to do.
The clinic had become the first in San Antonio to offer Firefly Light Therapy, but the old site still read like a general IV drip menu. The new service needed to lead, without losing the treatments regular clients already came in for.
It also had to sell well on a phone: clear session prices, simple membership options, and a booking button that's never more than a thumb away.
What I built
The breakdown.
Firefly at the centre
The homepage opens on Firefly and explains how it works in plain language: red, near-infrared and blue light, and what each one is for.
A clear session menu
Three session tiers (15, 30 and 60 minutes) with prices, what's included and a booking button on each, plus an F-Scan add-on.
Memberships
Essentials, Reset and Unlimited plans laid out side by side, with the most popular one highlighted.
Add-ons, not clutter
IV drips, vitamin shots, recovery, foot detox and sculpting are grouped as add-ons to a Firefly visit, each with a from-price.
Nurse-led trust
A founder section for Isabelle Ibarra, RN, the team, and 5.0-star Google reviews placed right before the booking prompts.
Compliance built in
General-wellness disclaimers and Good Faith Exam notes sit next to the services they apply to, not buried in a footer.
Up front
Leading with the numbers.
